1. Launch of VU System Created a Dry Sand Making Trend in China

Forum on Production and Application of SBM (China) Sand Making was held in Shanghai on January 9th. SBM launched the new product, i.e. VU aggregate refined system, and exhibited the innovation integrated concrete top-quality aggregate production solution.

2. Completion of Structure of New Headquarters to Put into Service Gradually

The new headquarters of SBM, which was constructed from February, 2013, is a comprehensive office building integrating the R&D, production and administration. The construction and tendering for decoration of the new headquarters is in process in order. Employees who joined the company in 2014 live in the dormitory building in new headquarters.

3. A Strategy Cooperation Agreement Signed with Siemens to Promote the Operation and Optimum of Supply China

In the second half of March, the top management from Siemens in German visited China, and focused on the interview, cooperation and discussion with SBM. During the visiting in SBM, both parties signed a long-term strategy cooperation agreement. As one of the major suppliers of SBM, Siemens has been cooperating with SBM for over ten years.

The SBM Five-year Strategy Plan from 2015 to 2019 was issued in the middle of 2014, which described the positioning, target, core competitiveness and improvement of strategy in the next five years.

5. Kick-off of SBM Value-added Services -- Technical Teams Built an Operation Database on Equipment

SBM dispatched four service teams from April to June who went to Fujian Province, Zhejiang Province, Hunan Province and Hubei Province to interview the value-added service on the crushing and milling production site.

6. High Power Jaw Crusher Delivered by SBM -- Customer Response Improved Rapidly

The production and commissioning of SBM high power jaw crusher HJ98 completed within 43 days with the close cooperation of R&D, production, procurement, finance and quality inspect departments in July. The jaw crusher met the delivery standard, and the lead time was 50% shorter than that of competitors in the market.

The class opening ceremony for SBM Class of SBM Machinery•Zhongzhou University was held in Zhongzhou University on September 30th. Different from the previous talent reservation and university recruitment, it is the first talent development mode made by SBM with university.

The SBM K series mobile crushing station was launched at Bauma China 2014. SBM optimized and made innovation in structure design, equipment configuration and combined application on the basis of the traditional mobile crushing station.

10. Strong Present at Bauma China Attracted Medias Engaged in Various Sectors -- Modern Industrial Forest Show the Power of Dominator

Bauma China 2014 was held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from November 25th, 2014 to November 28th, 2014. SBM became the real best attendee at Pavilion E6 with the various 18 types of core machines, modern industrial forest special exhibition booth and special brand activities.
