Sawtooth wave jigger is a high-efficient, energy-saving gravity separation equipment developed and improved from traditional sine wave jigger. It takes a short time to raise up water by a rapid speed and takes a long time to drop off water by a slow speed so as to overcome the defect of sine wave jigger that it spends the same time in raising up and dropping off water. Compared with sine wave jigger, operation recovery ratio of sawtooth wave jigger is higher respectively Sn: 3.01%, W: 5.5%, and water-consumption reduces by 30~40%. It can also be widely applied to enrichment of low-grade manganese ores and limonite, recovery non-ferrous metal from industrial furnace slag, and recovery valuable minerals from river sands such as gold, tungsten, tin, manganese, iron, lead, zinc, antimony, diamond, etc, which has a good performance.
Spiral chute is a type of new gravity separation equipment, which is applicable to separate metallic minerals granularity between 4-0.02, such as iron, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite ,tungsten ore, tin ore, tantalum-niobium ore, gravel mine, zirconite and rutile as well as other nonferrous metals, rare metals and nonmetallic minerals with adequate gravity difference.
The SD Series Centrifugal Concentrator will drive the feeding ore to move around under the high-speed rotation of its inner cone part. The rotation let the feeding ore get a centrifugal force equivalent to dozens of times of its gravity, and the gravity difference of minerals is amplified by dozens of times at the same time. Due to the strong centrifugal force, fine gold particles will not float on the water surface, but will rotate at the bottom of separation tank. At this time, high-pressure backwashing water is used to prevent minerals from hardening, and high-pressure water is used to push light materials out of the separation tank of concentrator, then can achieve a good beneficiation result on fine minerals.
It's been proved that this centrifugal concentrator works very well on gold ore. It can reach>95% recovery rate for free gold over 100 mesh.
