SBM designed and completed all aspects of process design, equipment installation, and plant construction.

Basalt Crushing and Sand Making Plant
To build a green premium mine production line, the entire project was rigorously constructed according to SBM's design concepts of "digitalization, intelligence and greenification". During the project planning and construction period, SBM engineers were stationed on site for a long time to fully research and customize solutions based on the plant terrain. A modular and intensive design process approach was adopted to significantly reduce land, belt conveyors and cable usage. The overall plant layout is scientifically reasonable, with clear zoning and orderly sparse and dense areas, ensuring the customer's goal of lean production management.
The production line adopts a three-stage crushing process, undergoing primary, secondary and fines crushing to screen out 0-3mm premium fine sand in layers, and can flexibly adjust the particle size of finished products according to market demands. The mature production line process guarantees the quality of finished aggregate to meet international aggregate standards and road aggregate standards.
The main machines selected are SBM's advanced jaw crusher, single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and vertical shaft impact crusher, achieving shaping while sand making to meet customers' need for high-quality aggregate.
A dry process production model was constructed with a fully enclosed plant. Dust suppression devices were set up at dust-prone areas to effectively reduce dust, control diffusion and meet emission standards.
Intelligent control enables automatic loading, unloading and protection, with all operations centralized in the control room to significantly reduce production management and labor costs.
During installation, nearly 100 SBM service team members were stationed on site for a long time, working overtime to closely monitor project progress and fully support project construction.
