The grinding roller and disc structure are specially designed, with the grinding roller utilizing a hydraulic automatic pressure device. This results in a larger grinding area and higher efficiency. The finished product exhibits a uniform particle size distribution, good quality, excellent flowability, and high reactivity.
The transmission system employs advanced planetary gear reducers, providing strong load-bearing capacity and stable operation. The grinding roller is equipped with a hydraulic pressure system and a limit device to prevent direct contact with the grinding disc, minimizing vibration and noise. An automatic slag discharge function ensures the safe operation of the equipment.
The system features an automatic control system that enables remote control, interlock protection, reliable operation, and ease of use.
The grinding roller bearing utilizes forced thin oil lubrication and is equipped with a hydraulic roller flipping device. This allows the grinding roller to be easily flipped out of the machine for maintenance, providing ample space for convenient servicing and resulting in low operating costs.
