HPT300 Fine Crushing Technical Improvement Project Of Inner Mongolia Zhongxing Corp.

The project is Zhongxing mining technical improvement project with the ore processing output 13 million per year, which belongs to the country's super large scale super poor magnet. The final sieve size is 3.5 * 4.8mm. The original fine crushing process used the heavy hammer crusher with 1600mm in diameter. The hammerhead needed replacing frequently, wasting time and energy while quick-wear parts cost up to 2.0 yuan /t. After replacing it by HPT300, the cost of quick-wear parts fell to 0.4 yuan /t. Besides, it not only had a higher degree of automation, but also improved economic efficiency significantly.
