1.Economic and environmental
After processing, 80% of solid wastescan be converted into recycled aggregates, which can be used in concrete production. The remaining waste residue became an ideal backfill material because of its good permeability. This greatly reduces the exploitation of natural resources and protects the natural environment.
2.Low dust and low noise
The project adopts reasonable design---20-meter underground sunken design, which is definitely a first of its kind in China. The whole operationrunsin a completely closed environment with zero pollution, no noise and no dust. It fully meets the requirements of green environmental protection.
3.High economic benefits
The project adopts advanced equipment which processes solid wastes (including tailings and construction wastes) about 2 million tons every year.
4.Intelligent monitoring to ensure quality
The project introduces intelligent control system and monitoring system which can realize real-time monitoring. This not only saves manpower but accurately controls the running of the equipment, ensuring the quality of finished products.
