Process flow

Limestone gets into PE1000*1200 for coarse crushing and then enters into the PFW1315III hydraulic impact crusher for secondary crushing. After that, the screen works for sieving the material and then the material enters the VSI1149 impact crusher where it is processed to be finished product whose size is within 0-5mm.

European hydraulic impact crusher: heavy rotor, crushing ratio. The output rate is greatly improved. Unique fixed device makes the plate hammer more reliable. Hydraulic control system can quickly adjust discharge port size and discharging granularity. Automatic hydraulic top device can quickly complete the replacement of plate hammer if necessary and reduce downtime and maintenance time.

VSI sand making machine: It is an ideal machine for sand making and stone shaping. The fineness modulus of finished products can be adjusted. Meanwhile, it is convenient to be operated and examined. What's more, the hydraulic opening cover is convenient to overhaul and remove crushing cavity component.
