Since 2013, the new headquarter project and Lingang factory project have been initiated successively. Project divisions have been established in succession, too. In pursuit of excellence, SBM is striding forward with robust momentum and writing the new chapter for the industry.

  • In July 2015, the green building material division established formally.
  • In May 2015, Lingang factory initiated formally.
  • In November 2014, the committee of Shibang Industry & Technology Group Co., Ltd set up.
  • In May 2014, K series mobile station launched.
  • In December 2013, the mobile station, steel frame and VU system division established.
  • In November 2013, the belt conveyor division established.
  • In February 2013, the new headquarter laid the foundation.

2006——2012

From 2006 to 2012, SBM has actively explored overseas markets based on domestic development. We have successively established branches in Southeast Asia, Middle East, North America, Latin America and other areas, thus harvesting a large number of users from various regions and gradually occupying the international market.

  • In October 2012, Zhuqiao production base upgraded; cone crusher industrial park set up.
  • In June 2012, the latest VSI6X sand-making machine improves sand-making technology into a new level.
  • In July 2011, the group received credit rating AAA appraisal.
  • In April 2010, the branches in America, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil and Chile in preparation.
  • In March 2010, the branches in Indonesia, India, Malaysia and Algeria established.
  • In February 2010, Dubai branch established.
  • In April 2009, Nigeria and Vietnam branches established.
  • In April 2008, Kazakhstan branch established; the overseas strategy formally implemented.
  • In February 2007, the hydraulic cone crusher independently developed and produced.
  • In January 2007, all products passed review links of ISO9001:2000.
  • In January 2006, five centers established.

1987——2005

SBM always pays great attention to talents. At the beginning of the new era, SBM leadership accurately grasped development opportunities, created the electronic commerce network marketing and then started to go overseas.

  •  In April 2005, the electronic commerce network marketing mode initially established.
  • In February 2005, "talent development strategy" proposed.
  • In February 2004, 9517-type high-pressure mill and PCL-type vertical impact crusher received the honor of Shanghai high-tech achievement conversion project.
  • In January 2004, all products passed the certification of ISO9001:2000.
  • In January 2003, series of sand-making machine were awarded the honor --- the recommended brand by China's Sand-stone Association.
  • In March 2000, the independently-developed straight-through centrifugal mill had national patent.
  • In January 2000, the group was renamed as Shanghai Shibang Machinery Co., Ltd.
  • In January 1999, the first international trade order achieved.
  • In January 1998, the Zhuqiao production base built up and put into use.
  • In January 1997, Raymond mill (pendulum mill) introduced and put into production.
  • In January 1996, the production base in Jinqiao south area built up and put into use.
  • In January 1995, Shibang Industrial Powder Machinery Co., Ltd established with purchasing, processing and sales proxy as major sales models, and then strived forward in the mine crushing and grinding industry.
  • In January 1987, the first mining machinery production line finished.
