416 Public Welfare Activity is one of the core parts of each 416 Culture Festival. As a responsible company, Shanghai SBM has always been proliferating compassion, respecting values and undertaking responsibilities.
On 7th May, SBM launched the “Honor All Moms”- themed public welfare activity of the 5th 416 Culture Festival. 18 people including the delegates of party members and staff volunteers participated in the activity. They went to Chuansha First Nursing Home and presented exquisite shows and gifts to more than 100 senior citizens.

During the activity, volunteers sent wishes and exquisite gifts including carnation to the senior, who were so happy as to warm and lighten the whole activity hall.
In addition to activities mentioned above, SBM staff presented wonderful shows, including songs “When You Are Old”, “Time Has Gone” , Yu Opera “The Legend of Hua Mulan” and guitar show “Love in Wheatland” to express ode to mothers' love and grace to the senior.
Then, SBM staffs were lead by Mr. Yao, President of the Nursing Home, to visit the patient and were showed around the nursing home.
President Yao expressed his grace to volunteers' visits and spoke high of SBM's insistence on public welfare. He said: “Your visit has brought vigor and activeness, love and happiness to the nursing home and the senior living here, creating a warm and sweet atmosphere in this happy Mother's Day.” Meanwhile, volunteers have summarized their experiences: “In helping others, we've gained great satisfaction and happiness that we've never experienced before. And we are determined to go on similar public welfare activities to reach areas as many as possible.”

Along with the rapid growth of Shanghai SBM, it has paid equal attention to public welfare. In recent years, SBM has participated in several public welfare activities together with Jackie Chan Charity Foundation, Jinqiao Party Committee of Shanghai Pudong New District, and self-organized donation. Certainly, SBM would not stop here but dedicate to public welfare in consistence with public obligations to pay back to the society. Hereinafter, SBM calls for every effort to relay public welfare and positive energy.
