Milling Process of Talc

Firstly, the talc block of 100 mm is transported to the grinding mill by truck. The small jaw crusher of the mill will crush the talc block to 25mm.
Secondly, talc materials are sent into storage bin, in order to carry out sampling tests.
Thirdly, after testing, the talc is sent to the middle between ring and roller by the centrifugal force to accomplish the grinding.
Fourthly, the grinded talc powders are carried by the air from the blower into the powder separator for screening.
Fifthly, the fine powers are blew into the cyclone powder collector and poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products.
