The Use and Production Technology of Small Vertical Mill Used In Phosphate Mine

The roller mill used in phosphate rock that specific process is as follows:the motor through rotational speed reducer drive the mill disc,the raw material from the feeding fell into the grinding disc,under the action of centrifugal force ,moved to the edge of the grinding disc and grinded by the roller.the processing material overflow from the edge of the grinding disc,then the wind ring with the high speed up and hot stream will bring the raw material into the classifier.Coarse powder after separator is returned to the grinding disc, grinding again; Fine powder with the airflow,collected by the system of the dust collecting.In the vertical mill ,the material conveying through pneumatic,need high air flow speed,and it can use waste heat air to dry the raw materials at the same time.

The large use of the vertical mill,the users need to know the regular maintenance measures well,to ensure the machines’ normal use. First of all,it should ensure the feeding size of the raw material is average. According to the hardness of the raw material,and selecting appropriate feeding size,in the normal circumstances,the harder material under 3 cm in diameter is better.Second, it is forbidden to let metal into vertical mill machine.When it is necessary,the users need to add separator before grinding,in case the metal damage the accessories in the processing.Third,should replacement the spare parts in time.In maintenance,the users can open the chassis,replace the spare parts in time;Turning spindle before start, check and make sure there is no abnormal sound in the machine,solving these issues promptly.Finally, check the rolling bearing in the roller set.Especially when the users replace the roller,need to clean the rolling bearing,and replacing the damaged parts in time.
